In their paper "Enabling Workflow Composition within a Social Network Environment", Ourania Hatzi, Despina Topali, Mara Nikolaidou and Dimosthenis Anagnostopoulos, introduce a recommendation mechanism, that can automatically discover and combine appropriate gadgets in a social network, in order to create workflows that complete certain tasks.

Mohammad Ehson Rangiha and Bill Karakostas propose an idea for driving BPM enactment through a goal-oriented approach in their paper “Towards a Meta-Model for Goal-Based Social BPM”
11:00 - 11:30 An experiment on the capture of business processes from knowledge workers       
David Martinho and Antonio Rito Silva describe an experiment on the capture of business processes tacit knowledge owned by knowledge workers. The experiment hypothesis is that, by the guidance of a recommender system, knowledge workers behavior converge, they label the informational objects with the same set of labels and the reuse of labels increase over time.

Marco Santorum, Agnès Front and Dominique Rieu  present the social platform called ISEAsy incorporated into a social network built around organizational processes and participants sharing common interests.
